When the going gets tough, the Stone Master is in its element. The heavy-duty dumper from Fliegl Baukom impresses on a wide range of terrain – be it for building material recycling, earthmoving or transport in stone quarries. All components of the Stone Master are extremely robust, and the dumper offers a whole host of technical features that make it ideal for the toughest applications.
Its many unique selling points include bottom reinforcement of the body, a front tipping cylinder that enables a very high tipping angle while maintaining maximum stability, an extremely wide opening angle of the hydraulic rear panel and a hydraulically sprung drawbar. The Stone Master has a technical load capacity of up to 25 tonnes in off-road applications. In its development, Fliegl tapped into its extensive expertise in the construction sector, where the company's high-quality products have proven themselves in the toughest applications for decades.
As the name suggests, the Stone Master is designed to withstand the toughest conditions. The extremely robust half-shell bodies are constructed entirely of highly wear-resistant steel (400 – 450 HB) – including the base plates and side walls – and offer a capacity of approx. 15 m3 (heaped). The base of the body and the side walls are 6 mm thick. A unique feature of the body is its reinforced bottom, which is able to withstand the massive load exerted by rock, rubble and stone. As a result, the high-quality construction all but excludes the possibility of damage to the heavy-duty body, even in the most extreme conditions.
