Small consumers can use this self-service system to quickly and easily obtain concrete for unreinforced components. This applies particularly to "professional small consumers" (gardening and landscaping, fencing, stone setting, mining, DIY) who already come to collect shaft rings, kerbstones or paving stones. "Professional small consumers" can now conveniently procure freshly mixed concrete at the same location. Your customer purchases the required quantity and type of concrete from the sales counter. He then receives a chip card or barcode. After parking his vehicle in the correct location, the customer can operate the "concrete filling station" himself.

  • The benefits to both parties are clear to see: The plant operator benefits from an additi- onal means of serving the customer base. Small volumes from 0.15 to 3.0 m3 as well as connvenient opening hours on weekdays and Saturdays are another positive aspect of the concept.

  • In developing the system, utmost importance was attributed to its mobility. The aim is to minimise protracted approval procedures. The finished system requires a setup area of 80 m2.

Easy to clean


Automatic dry cleaning

Adjustable time, material and volume. The cleaning material remains in the mixer and is automatically reused for the next mix.

Main cleaning as dry cleaning

The system is cleaned using gravel, which binds the concrete, without the addition of water. After the cleaning process, the material is discharged via the conveyor and is fully reusable.

WITH RFID CHIP CARD


With ten different types of concrete to choose from, the customer simply selects his required type and quantity and is then provided with a corresponding chip card.

Your customer then positions his vehicle or trailer under the belt conveyor.

Your customer inserts the chip card into the reader. The chosen concrete is created fully automatically in the mixing module of the system before being transported to the vehicle via the belt conveyor.
