Thermally insulated asphalt troughs - in use worldwide.

Tarmac in the UK relies on long-term and sustainable solutions for asphalt paving.

The company recently invested in two more thermally insulated push-off semi-trailers from Fliegl, as they are convinced of the numerous advantages of push-off technology in asphalt paving compared to conventional thermally insulated tippers. The asphalt is transferred from the pusher to the paver in slices. This guarantees continuous mixing of the asphalt granulate, minimizing both thermal segregation and mechanical segregation. This guarantees a longer service life for the road and the rehabilitation cycles can be extended. In addition, CO2 emissions are minimized, as the asphalt temperature can be reduced by the continuous mixing of the asphalt.

We wish Tarmac continued success with its thermally insulated push-off valves.
